Take advantage of the odd yo-yo left over from other projects to make a personalized napkin ring for every person in the family. They only take a couple of minutes to make!

Instructions for one yo-yo napkin ring
1. From leftover scraps cut a strip of fabric 2.5 x 6". Fold in half lengthwise (RST) and stitch long edge, using a 1/4" seam allowance.

2. Turn the fabric tube inside out. Press. Cut a piece of narrow elastic 4" long. Insert through fabric tube, tacking at both ends.

3. Fold the fabric tube in half and zig-zag the short edges together, forming a ring of gathered fabric.

4. Tack the yo-yo onto the fabric ring, covering the seam. For an additional fun touch, add a button or bead to the center of the yo-yo.
