Take a look below at my finished qiult! After quilting, take some time for some additional embelishments. I have used sequins, beads and buttons to add some charm to my quilt - maybe you'd like to do the same.

Snowflake buttons embelish St. Nick's coat and a gift button was placed at the base of the tree. Dig through your button stash for other fun ideas!

I think this could very well be my favorite block - I enjoy beading quilted projects like this one...

Instead of appliqueing the bow, I chose to make a "real" one using some shiny gold ribbon for a fun touch!
