Yo-Yo Ball

Love making yo-yos? Here's another super easy and fun Christmas project for you! If you are like me and have a yo-yo stash, you'll only need a few minutes to put this little ornament together. Otherwise, feel free to combine fabrics in any color scheme you like!

You will need:

2-3" styrofoam ball, 20-25 one-inch yo-yos, 8-inch length of ribbon for loop, colored crystal head pins, one straight pin, and glue.

 Place a dab of glue anywhere on the styrofoam ball.

 Fold the length of ribbon in half and place on the glue. Push a straight pin through to hold in place.

 Push the colored pins through the middle of the yo-yos onto the styrofoam ball. Keep pinning the yo-yos to the ball, overlapping them until the entire surface is covered. Note: for this size ball (3") I found the one-inch yo-yos were perfect. Use a 3-inch circle to obtain that size.
