Old World Dolls

This year's free BOM consists of a set of European dolls, offered in 12 monthly installments. A separate file is offered with the yardage requirements for the background blocks and sashings, and will remain online (free) throughout the entire year.

The appliqué doll designs will be posted the first week of each month. Only the current month's block will be offered for free. Blocks from previous months will continue to be available for registered members, should you care to subscribe.

We are sorry, but due to the large amount of mail generated by this website, we will not respond to requests for past blocks you might have missed. Thank you for not insisting!

This is a perfect project.. I have always felt a great love for dolls. When I was little I had a collection of dolls from around the world... this is such a nice memory of them... golo

I think this is one of the best BOM ever. I have used your proportions to add an English Grenadier Guard, a scot in a kilt, and an Irish lass. My grand daughter wanted it for a bed quilt not a wall quilt so this is how I made it larger.Thanks so much. Needless to say I am British lol.
